● Global Multi-Store Architecture: We implemented a unified backend capable of managing multiple currencies, languages, and localized logistics (tax/shipping) across North America, Europe, and Asia, all from a single source of truth.

● Omnichannel Integration: We bridged the gap between online and offline, integrating real-time inventory management that connects digital orders with physical boutique locations for a unified "Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store" (BOPIS) experience.

Core Technologies

The stack was chosen to support hyper-growth while maintaining a "snappy" and premium feel:

● Headless Commerce: A decoupled architecture using Shopify Plus as the commerce engine with a custom React/Next.js frontend for total design freedom and SEO dominance.

● Performance Optimization: Advanced CDN (Content Delivery Network) strategies and lazy-loading techniques to maintain sub-2-second load times for image-heavy pages.

● Data & Personalization: Integration of Segment and Klaviyo for sophisticated data tracking, allowing for hyper-personalized guest communication and retargeting.

● API-First Logic: Custom-built middleware to sync complex ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and logistics data in real-time.
